Marpo Fitness Cancelled orders / Returns policy

Unshipped cancelled order policy:

Any cancelled unshipped orders paid by credit card are subject to a 4% processing fee from the overall total of your refund.

Product return policy:

Product return is subject to a 5% restock fee and MUST be returned within 30 days from date received. Returns are also subject to shipping charges both ways (shipping to customer and return to Marpo Fitness, Inc.). An RMA must be obtained for open and used items, prior to returning. An RMA will only be issued for items within 30 days from date product is received by customer. Refund amount for returns on open items will be determined after items are received and inspected for wear and damages. No returns are accepted on items older that 30 days from date of receive by custome
